Just One Coat Drive

 

In the snowy winter of Grand Forks, imagine the difference you can make by donating just one coat to a person in need. If you donate Just One Coat you can make a world of difference in a New Americans life.

 

The idea for the event came from constant phone calls and emails about New Americans needing coats for the upcoming winter. They were unable to afford to buy coats but couldn't make it through the winter without any. The Nonprofit Leadership Student Association in conjunction with Global Friends Coalition created the Just One Coat Drive.

 

I created, marketed and implemented the event. To get the word out about the event flyers, social media and press releases were used.
